Police captured the guy they believe was responsible hours after gunshots interrupted the July Fourth parade in Highland Park, Illinois, killing six people and injuring dozens more.
The incident, which officials claim was carried out by Robert “Bobby” E. Crimo III, 21, has not yet been officially charged. Minutes after the parade had begun, he allegedly climbed onto the rooftop of a nearby shop and opened fire on it, sending paradegoers fleeing for cover.
Covelli noted that the motive behind Crimo was yet unknown to the authorities.
Nancy Rotering, the mayor of Highland Park, said on NBC’s “Today Show” that Crimo was her cub scout leader when he was a little boy. She also stated that she is awaiting the filing of charges against Crimo for the shooting. She added that the gun used in the shooting was properly purchased.
According to the shooter’s uncle, Paul Crimo, who spoke to Fox 32, there were “no warning indicators” that the young guy would carry out the act. Additionally, the uncle called his nephew “a really quiet youngster.”
Robert E. Crimo III is described as a slender White male who weighs 120 pounds, has neck-length brown hair, brown eyes, and brown eyes. The ad also lists his tattoos, which include “cursive lettering above his left eyebrow, red roses and green leaves on his neck, and four tally marks on his right cheek with a line across them.”

The film also shows a photograph of a news article about Lee Harvey Oswald, who killed President John F. Kennedy, as well as another photograph of a victim who has been shot and whose body is covered in blood.
He states in the song, “Like a sleepwalker, I am unable to stop and think. “My acts will be brave, and I won’t need to think. I am aware of what needs to be done and what will benefit everyone—not just me.”
There is only the moment, he continues, “no past nor future.” “I’ve never encountered something that is more abstract. The environment is pulling me in. I can’t breathe without it; it’s irresistible, like a wave pulling me under.”

“I must depart immediately; I must just do it. Everything has led up to now; it is my destiny “claims Crimo. “I am unstoppable, not even by myself. Does free will exist, or was everything preplanned, much like a cosmic recipe?”
